Team Tune-Up: Strengthening Great Teams

You’ve assembled a talented, motivated team that consistently performs at a high level, often going above and beyond expectations. However, in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, even the strongest teams can experience strain—whether from organizational shifts, adding new talent, or taking on high-stakes projects. These changes, though often positive, can create challenges that impact both productivity and team cohesion.

Every successful team needs periodic care and reflection, a chance to step back and assess not just the work produced, but how the team functions as a collective. This program provides teams with the opportunity to examine both individual and team behaviors, identifying what’s working well and where improvements can be made. By engaging in this introspective process, teams will uncover ways to enhance collaboration, communication, and accountability, enabling them to perform at their highest level while increasing job satisfaction.

Through interactive activities and reflective exercises, participants will gain valuable insights into how they can strengthen their dynamics, embrace change, and continue to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment. By the end of the course, teams will have actionable strategies to optimize performance, boost morale, and create a more resilient, cohesive unit ready to meet future challenges head-on.

This program uses one of two self-assessments depending upon needs: Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® or Everything DiSC® Group Culture Report.

Learning Objectives:  At the completion of this program, participants will be able to:

Assess Team Dynamics and Behaviors
Evaluate both individual and team behaviors to identify strengths and areas for improvement in team cohesion, communication, and collaboration.

Strengthen Team Communication
Learn strategies to enhance communication within the team, ensuring clear, effective dialogue that supports collective goals and fosters an open environment.

Improve Collaboration and Accountability
Develop methods for boosting collaboration across team members and fostering a culture of accountability, where everyone feels responsible for team success.

Implement Actionable Strategies for Team Performance                         Create practical, actionable strategies to optimize team performance, ensuring that the team is equipped to handle future challenges with resilience and efficiency.

Build a Resilient and Cohesive Team
Cultivate a stronger, more resilient team capable of facing evolving challenges and continuing to deliver high performance in a dynamic work environment.
