Whether persuading colleagues, selling to a client, or energizing a team, the power of your presentation makes the difference between success and failure.  This is true for any presentation, whether delivered face-to-face or online.

Become a confident, persuasive, and polished presenter! Learn how to plan, prepare and deliver dynamic, engaging presentations. Set objectives and organize a presentation based on audience analysis. Practice a presentation and receive expert advice to develop your skills. The course teaches you how to create and use visual aids, how to involve the audience, and how to handle questions so you can deliver presentations for maximum influence, credibility, and impact.

Learning Objectives:  At the completion of this program participants will be able to:

  • Organize & develop presentations
  • Build a relationship with the audience
  • Answer questions with confidence
  • Use visual tools appropriately
  • Reduce “verbal crutches” such as “um”, “like” and “sort of”
  • Manage “stage fright”
  • Use your body and voice to communicate a total message
  • Influence an audience towards action

  • Facilitator-led discussion
