Business surveys often reveal that managers want their employees to share MORE information and ideas with them so they can improve work processes, team interactions and their own management efforts.  So why are some employees hesitant to “manage up” by providing their boss with information and feedback? Often, it is because they are unsure of how to share information in a way that the boss can receive it.

This interactive program will help employees at all levels communicate with their boss in a way that will get them heard.  It will also help them increase the probability that their needs will be understood and that issues will be resolved in a mutually agreeable fashion.
