Regardless of rank or role, an employee’s ability to influence others will often make the difference between work getting done, stalling, or even failing.

In this highly interactive program, participants learn simple and effective skills that will get their expertise utilized and their recommendations implemented. It will also help participants create win-win situations, develop internal commitments, and establish more trusting, long-lasting relationships.

Learning Objectives:  At the completion of this program participants will be able to:

  • Build trust with the people they are trying to influence
  • Understand other peoples’ needs and concerns
  • Establish the value of their knowledge and ideas
  • Position their knowledge and ideas so they will be more readily accepted
