Accountability in Action

People in organizations are feeling the pressure to meet ever-increasing expectations with less time and money.  Stress, burnout, and disengagement are common.  Yet, in organizations that embrace accountability, results, retention, and morale flourish.  Why?  Because accountable individuals negotiate clear agreements, build strong partnership, feel more in control of outcomes and, as a result, are less stressed and more productive.

Based on a self-assessment, you will receive a report which measures your scores in four main areas:  personal responsibility, personal accountability, team empowerment and perception of organizational culture.

Learning Objectives:  At the completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Evaluate their own accountability mindset
  • Identify accountability barriers & define strategies to overcome them
  • Establish clear agreements
  • Decline & renegotiate agreements
  • Develop stronger, more positive relationships
