Hi, I’m Cheryl Rykowski
I help organizations like yours strengthen the interpersonal skills that enable people to perform better and achieve great results.
Have you ever been expected to learn something in a way that didn’t work for you?
I have.
I almost failed reading in the 3rd grade.
It wasn’t because I couldn’t read, but because the standard third-grade book selection was boring to me, so I chose NOT to read.
Thankfully, my father was an avid reader. He let me pick out books from his bookshelves and then convinced my teacher to let me choose my own books from the school library…from then on, I got an A in reading.
This experience taught me two valuable lessons that shape how I help people learn:
- Interest and engagement are vital.
- A one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work.
Perhaps you’ve been burned by learning programs that
- were cookie-cutter so they didn’t address your team’s specific needs
- focused on theory but didn’t provide practical skills
- taught useful skills but don’t convey them in an approachable and interesting way so they didn’t stick
I’ve made it my mission to give organizations, from nonprofits to large corporations, the best, most engaging, customized programs so they can learn with ease.
When individuals and teams struggle, it’s usually not because they lack technical skills, it’s often because they lack soft skills.
Soft skills are the habits and traits that help teams communicate better, build trust, create accountability, drive innovation, resolve conflict, and get RESULTS.
CRE Solutions exists to give you the best practices, skills and concepts in soft skills that apply universally but are customized to you.
I take great pride in honesty. You’ll always get an honest assessment of what a program can or can’t do for your organization, and I’ll never prescribe anything until we’ve talked and figured out what you need.
Whether you have 90 minutes, 2 hours, or a full day, I will design a program that leaves your team with practical skills and actions they can immediately apply to make their work, and your organization, better.
And I like to keep it fun and interesting. People may think learning is boring (I know I did!), but CRE Solutions, Inc. classes aren’t. You won’t sit inactively. You’ll engage in a safe environment where everyone is encouraged to polish existing skills and build new ones.
Here’s what becomes possible when we partner together:
- You get learning experiences that actually work: customized, engaging, and designed specifically for YOUR organization rather than generic, off-the-shelf content.
- Your people build the soft skills that truly drive performance: stronger communication, higher trust, real accountability, and healthier conflict resolution.
- Your team develops the human behaviors that power innovation, collaboration, and long-term results.
- You receive honest guidance about what will (and won’t) move the needle with no inflated promises and no one-size-fits-all programs.
- Your training time, whether 90 minutes or a full day, translates into practical, immediately usable actions that improve how people work.
- Your employees learn in a safe, supportive environment that makes development feel energizing, interactive, and even fun.
- Your organization gains a partner who tailors best practices to your unique culture, goals, and challenges.
Are you ready to bring in a trusted partner who gives you the exact programs you need to go from good to great?
